Dayton TechFest planning
We have one table reserved at TechFest. Here's what we'll need to assemble to make it good.
- Table staffers. Should be ready to talk to visitors, hand out giveaways, be generally friendly, field questions, and hold down the fort. You don't need to know too much - "I don't know" is an OK answer! (We can offer to email people back with answers to questions we don't know offhand.)
- Hours to cover
- Setup: 7:30 am - 9:45 am Saturday
- Catherine
- Opening ceremony 10 am Saturday
- Sat 10am - 6pm
- 10 am - noon: Catherine
- noon - 2 pm: Catherine, Grant Root, Eric Baenen
- 2 pm - 4 pm: Grant Root, Eric Baenen
- 4 pm - 6 pm: Eric Baenen
- Sun. 11am - 5pm
- 11 am - 12:30 pm: Grant Root (confirmed)
- 12:30 pm - 1 pm: Rick Willis (confirmed)
- 1 pm - 3 pm: Ken Phelps (confirmed)
- 3 pm - 5 pm: Rick Willis (confirmed)
- Teardown: 5 pm - 6 pm Sunday
